We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All dvds are guaranteed, and we will replace any defective disc due to playback issues(dvd that skips and freezes or dvd arrive DOA). We do not give refund due to the ease of copying dvds with today’s technology, or for customers who are not satisfied because the DVD title is not digital remastered/restored or the source it was transfered from by our studio archives contacts. is not the right aspect ratio, audio is not loud enough, video quality is not to the standard of dvds produce with today’s technology(HD-Blu-ray technologies), and if the cover we provide is not the same as on the listing(movie content of the dvd is as describe on listing regardless if cover art is different). If you receive a defected or DOA dvd, we guaranteed our customers a replacement dvd, so please report to us any disc problem within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will take care of the problem immediately by sending out a replacement disc.
