Shipping policy

Due to our high volume of clients using our MMOD(Movies Manufactured on Demand) service, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri) & we charge a flat rate of $4.75 USD. Once orders have been process and shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail(ETA 1 to 5 days), tracking info will be sent via email from our site Retro And Classic Flixs once an order has been marked ‘Processed and Shipped’ to the email address that is provided at time of purchase(if the email is not seen in the inbox then check the spam folder).

Any orders received after 7:00PM Central Time, on weekends or holidays, will be recorded as received on the next following business day. Give all USPS’s tracking numbers at least 1 to 3 days to be trackable and the USPS’s website to have current tracking info on it. Please do not email regarding order status only if more than 7 business days(Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and holidays) have passed and your order still states ‘Awaiting for Processing and Shipping) Thank you!

We ship worldwide. All international orders ETA is from 3 to 6 weeks from the initial time the order has been shipped out from the USPS International Sort Facility (The actual delivery to the receiver depends on the destination country’s speed of it’s postal service and customs service).

Tracking Notes for International Customers

If a mail item shows on USPS tracking it has left left the United States (last scan is from an International Service Center or ISC), under normal circumstances, the US Postal Service has no further visibility on that item until a transit/destination country provides updated tracking information to its system.

CANADA – 12/17/2021
Due to adverse weather conditions including flooding, rockslides, and mudslides that occurred in British Columbia in November, there are still multiple road closures affecting transportation of mail and parcels across Western Canada. Customers may experience some delays in receiving items.

Canada Post is suggesting parcels be shipped with expedited services as the Postal Carrier is prioritizing Priority Mail over regular mail services.

There is currently intermittent ferry service for east and west crossings to and from Newfoundland which is causing delivery disruptions. Shippers should expect delays across the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
